Most things in your home were made by a machine in a factory you’ll never see. This wasn’t.
Every sculpture starts as a hand-carved original, something I shape myself, one detail at a time. Every curve, every texture, every little imperfection is there because I put it there.
Once the original is done, I make a mould so the work can be shared. But this isn’t about handing it off to a factory. Every piece is still made here in my studio, one at a time, by hand.
Each sculpture is cast from that mould and then finished individually, sanded, detailed, and given the time it needs. This is where each one starts to feel like its own thing not just a copy, but something with its own quiet presence.
It feels solid. Thoughtful. Like it was made slowly and with care, because it was.
Put it on a shelf, a desk, a mantelpiece. It doesn’t scream for attention, but people notice it. They pick it up. They feel it. And then they ask who made it.
That’s the difference between an object and a piece of art. One fills a space. The other tells a story.
Each piece is individually cast and finished by hand in the studio. Subtle, slight variations in surface, finish, weight, and form are inherent to the process and should be expected. These are not defects, they are simply the signature of something made by human hands. No two pieces are exactly the same. That's the whole point.
You cannot choose a specific piece. Each one is allocated as it's finished. The piece you receive was completed at a specific moment, under specific conditions. It was always going to be yours.
Produced in small batches each week. Only a handful leave the studio at a time. Availability depends on studio production. If the current batch is spoken for, there's a short wait for the next one.
Shipping available worldwide. Every piece is carefully and individually packaged to travel safely, Chris is meticulous about this. You'll receive tracking details the moment your piece ships, once you have placed your order you will received a confirmation with an estimated shipping time, you can also see what the current timeframe is on this page as Chris updates this each week depending on the level of work he currently has on.
If you need your order by a specific date please leave a note at checkout and I will do my best to make it happen, everything is made by hand and is a process so if for some reason I won't be able to meet your deadline I will get in touch straight away and a refund will be offered if needed.
