Shipping & Delivery

All original artworks are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Original works are shipped via trusted couriers (including DHL Express for international deliveries) to provide the highest level of care and reliability. Shipping arrangements are handled individually depending on the size, location, and requirements of each piece.

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will vary and are provided at checkout or upon enquiry.

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your location. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details where applicable. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase, as we are unable to amend shipping details once an artwork has been sent.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Australia & New Zealand: approximately 4–10 business days

  • International (major regions): approximately 5–20 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Once an artwork leaves our possession, responsibility transfers to the purchaser. This includes transit during shipping. We recommend arranging appropriate insurance to cover the artwork from dispatch onward.
