This painting is inspired by a piece commissioned  by a couple who visited my gallery. They  each liked a different artwork and couldn’t agree.. The solution became this: one painting, holding both. What looks at first like a single, straightforward scene reveals a second composition nested within it once you look more closely, a small reminder that most things worth noticing don't announce themselves immediately.
